The Boldsquare Team
Lia is an accomplished communications executive with 15 years of experience in corporate, creative and financial communications. She is highly trusted by senior leaders to identify, develop and deliver business strategies. Her background includes working in communications and strategy roles for some of the biggest media companies in the world including Twentieth Century Fox, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Scripps Networks Interactive.
Mark is a partner and co-founder of Boldsquare. An experienced investor relations professional, he advises the firm’s public and private pre-IPO clients on messaging and investor outreach strategies. Providing hands-on liaison support with current and prospective investors, Mark combines his experience as a proven corporate storyteller and understanding of the capital markets to help clients create shareholder value and stay in tune with their investors. Prior to Boldsquare, Mark was a member of the executive leadership team at media company Scripps Networks Interactive, where he served as a senior advisor to the CEO after having led corporate communications and investor relations for nearly a decade.
Dylan co-founded Boldsquare in 2018 as a senior-level advisory for CEOs. He was previously Chief Communications Officer for Scripps Networks Interactive, the parent company of media brands including HGTV and Food Network, managing corporate communications including investor relations. He led financial and strategic comms for EMI Group, overseeing messaging around the sale and demerger of the business in 2012. He also spent time in key roles in Europe with MTV, VH1 and Music Choice, having started his career as a journalist in London.
