Ron Fuchs, APR
Ron has a record of delivering integrated solutions to advance the reputation and business goals of highly-matrixed, global organizations. During his 35 years in the communications trenches he has provided strategic communications counsel and operational support for organizational changes, leadership transitions, crisis issues and employee engagement initiatives.
Prior to becoming a founding partner at Boldsquare, he worked ten years at F. Hoffmann-La Roche including the leadership of the communications team for the company’s Research and Early Development organization. Before Roche, he led Global Employee and Executive Communications at Agilent Technologies, was the VP of Corporate Communications at Packard Bell NEC, and was the Communications Director for Whirlpool’s North American Appliances Group. He also spent 14 years as a US Air Force Public Affairs officer with duty in several operational units, a stint as the USAF liaison with the entertainment industry, and service as a speechwriter to a four-star general in Washington D.C.
Ron earned a BS in journalism/public relations from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Communication Management from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California. He is accredited (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
