Mark Kroeger HeadshotMark has extensive experience guiding communications strategies across a broad spectrum of transactional and corporate structure scenarios including M&A, IPOs, shareholder activism, corporate development and family-controlled ownership. As the lead communications executive for global media company Scripps Networks Interactive, he directed strategic communications for transformational acquisitions of the Travel Channel in the U.S. and Europe, and broadcasters UKTV in the United Kingdom and TVN in Poland. Mark’s other areas of expertise include board-management relations, media relations, internal communications and crisis and reputation management. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Kentucky University and an MBA with a concentration in corporate finance from Xavier University.
